Meet Our Team
With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Alicyn brings her versatile expertise to Tailored + Co, offering services in hair coloring, cutting, waxing, extensions, brow laminations and tinting, and signature facials. While she loves the variety her work brings, her true passion lies in helping clients feel confident, radiant, and completely at ease in their own skin.
Alicyn is known for her warm heart, friendly personality, and the genuine care she brings to every appointment. Whether you're getting a fresh cut, a skin-loving facial, or a brow boost, her chair is a space for connection, conversation, and feeling your absolute best. She takes joy in pampering the whole family—kids to adults—and making everyone feel seen, special, and so good from the inside out.
Outside the salon, Alicyn is a proud wife and mother of two, and nothing brings her more joy than quality time with her family. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her sipping strong coffee, relaxing at the lake with friends, or soaking up the simple, beautiful moments in life.
Alicyn Wager
With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Danielle is known for her expertise in short textured haircuts, blonding, and hair extensions. Her passion lies in helping clients feel their absolute best—combining technical skill with a heartfelt approach to every service. Whether you’re seeking dimensional color, balayage, or a fresh new look, Danielle customizes each appointment with care and confidence.
Beyond the salon, Danielle enjoys sipping hot mochas, relaxing at home, and cherishing time with family and friends. Happily married, she and her husband share a family of three energetic boys. What brings her the most joy? Seeing her clients leave not only looking great, but feeling confident—usually after sharing a few laughs along the way.
Danielle Foster
Kari is a certified Physician Assistant with over 12 years of experience, offering a unique blend of medical expertise and a passion for aesthetic wellness. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from SDSU and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Kari also specializes in providing advanced med spa services like botox, dermal fillers, and microneedling. Her approach combines her medical knowledge with a focus on enhancing natural beauty, helping clients look and feel their best while promoting confidence and rejuvenation.
Outside of her professional life, Kari is a proud mom to three children—Cooper, Merritt, and Graham—and enjoys life with her husband, Ben.
