Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and helps our stylists maintain an efficient schedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

Because each stylist at Tailored + Co is an independent professional, specific policies and fees may vary slightly. If you experience an emergency or unexpected situation, please reach out directly—we’re always happy to work with you when we can.
